Immediately after the conference, delegates have the option of taking a walking tour of the City of Southampton. The tour will end at Sea City Muesum with an official welcome to the city, and special access to the museum until 20:30. Delegates are advised that dinner is not included but that the reception will include drinks and canapes.
Delegates staying overnight in the city after the conference may wish to join an evening of short and interactive science demonstrations over a pint of locally brewed beer. We have collaborated with a Pint of Science - an annual science festival that takes place every May and brings researchers to local pubs to present their scientific discoveries. The evening includes transport, a three course meal and drinks, and a Pint of Science T-Shirt and Pint glass.
